The 100-ton three-beam four-column hydraulic press is a small hydraulic press with a three-beam four-column structure. It is economical and practical. The hydraulic control adopts a cartridge valve integrated system to reduce leakage points, reliable operation, and long service life. The 100-ton four-column hydraulic press consists of a main machine, a hydraulic pump station and a control mechanism.
1. The main machine part of the equipment includes hydraulic cylinder, beam, column and liquid filling device, etc.;
2. The power mechanism consists of a fuel tank, a high-pressure pump, a control system, an electric motor, a pressure valve, a directional valve, etc.
